Michael Eckhardt – Architect
Michael J. Eckhardt has over 20 years of experience as a registered Architect in the State of Minnesota, and has been in the Architectural field since 1985. Mr. Eckhardt graduated in 1987 from the University of Minnesota School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture. He also attended Graduate School at the Southern California Institute of Architecture in Santa Monica, California. He has worked for several well-known architectural firms in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.
Michael has a wide range of architectural experience. He has practiced as an architectural designer, a project architect, and a project manager. Project types include: single family residential, multi-unit housing, public educational facilities, university facilities, community centers, sporting facilities, commercial and office facilities.
Michael was in charge of his own architectural office, Arkos Design Studio, from 1991 to 1997. The focus of the work of Arkos was single-family residential construction; custom homes, additions and remodels. In addition to residential architecture, design projects included: commercial buildings, churches, taverns and classroom remodels.
