You enter the house from a wide front porch. From the entryway, there is a laundry room and guest bathroom on your left and stairs and a storage closet on your right. The living and dining areas are one large open space. An arched opening in the dining area leads to the kitchen and an informal dining area beyond it that includes room for a desk, and a door to the front porch. Two doors in the living area across from the entryway lead to the master suite, and a large open deck at the rear of the house.
The master bedroom has large windows on all three of its exterior walls. A large walk–through closet leads to a master bath that features both a soaking tub and a large shower. Every exterior wall on this lower level has multiple windows, providing abundant views along with natural light.
The upper landing provides access to two good sized bedrooms and the full bath they share, as well as to a conditioned attic that accesses non–conditioned attic space on either side.

Brief Description
The exterior of this fine house is distinguished by its clean lines and its simple yet unique rooflines. From the front, the upper roof covering the upper floor is matched by a parallel roof over the porch, while an identical roofline over the kitchen is set at 90 degrees. And from the side these elements are equally attractive and unique. There's a wide porch at the front that can be accessed directly by the kitchen, and a large open deck at the rear. The master suite is on the main level, and there are two identical bedrooms upstairs.
