Steven Sall – Architect

Steven founded Sall Residential Design Group, Inc. in 1981 after working as an in–house architectural designer for a Denver based homebuilder. Since 1984, he has been winning local and national awards for his designs including a Gold Nugget Award for the “Best Condo under 900 S.F.”, an AIBD award for a Custom Luxury Design, and a MAME award for a 30,000 S.F. residence. Steven continues to maintain his sensitivity to construction costs – ingrained while working for Homebuilders – while using his creativity to maintain his love of the relationships between living spaces and the outdoors. He also loves blending traditional, natural and “green” materials with a real sense of proportion and elegance into all of his designs. Steven has been incorporating passive solar, energy conservation, and earth–sheltering techniques into his designs since taking workshops from the late Malcolm Wells in the 70’s and 80’s.

Steven and his associates at Sall Residential Design Group love to listen to their clients as they describe their wants, needs, and desires prior to designing the home of their dreams. They also create or design by being sensitive to their client’s sites and to their construction budget. Throughout their 25+ years in business they have accomplished all of this by designing homes in a wide range of sizes and styles, including Traditional, Southwestern, Japanese, Craftsman, Mountain and Contemporary.
