John Barya – Residential Designer

John Barya co-founded Barya Design in North Carolina in 2003. He has designed many of the Charlotte area’s most memorable show homes over the course of the past 18 years, including the 2005 March of Dimes house, Kingswood Homes’ 2005 HomeArama home at the Palisades, a dramatic Stonecroft house that was on the Tour of Kitchens, and four Best of the Lake winning homes.

Barya Design’s homes can be seen in many of Charlotte’s most exclusive communities, including The Point, Stonecroft, The Club at Longview, HighGate, The Palisades, The Farms, Northview Harbor, Sailview, and The Sanctuary.
